All Local, State, and Federal laws will be followed. Not able to ship certain items, pistols, magazines, etc to certain states. Know your state laws before you order.  Due to my main job being a Cardiac Nurse, shipping happens the same week but can take up to three days. Services used are Fedex and USPS. 

Due to the surplus nature of items sold, All items are sold as is with no returns. Please ask any questions and ask for more pictures before purchase. 

USA sales only, No Overseas shipments. 

Firearms will only be shipped to other FFL dealers.

Can do layaway for 60 days. Terms are a minimum of 10% down which acts as a deposit. The rest of the payment to be paid within 60 days or the 10% is forfeit and the remaining balance paid is returned to you. In order to put an item on layaway, go through the online checkout and select the pay in person option to reserve the item. Then send me a email or call to make the first payment.  Initial payment must be received/mailed within 5 days of placing your order or order is canceled.  

 SAFETY NOTICE:  Firearms can be dangerous and should always be treated with care by a competent adult and should always be kept out of reach of children. All items are pictured and described as accurately as possible and to the very best of our ability. Should you desire to know more about a particular item, please do not hesitate to contact me for more pictures or information about any item. 

All local Firearm purchases require a 4473 Form filled out. Upon approval then the firearm can be transferred. 

Transfer fees are $15 per firearm and $10 for each one after that on the same 4473/day

Handguns - must be at least 21 years of age to pickup/purchase, and requires a valid MO drivers license with current address. 

Rifles - must be at least 18 years of age to pickup/purchase, and requires a valid MO drivers license with current address.

In the event that you have a transfer sent through us for pickup and CANNOT take ownership of the item (Whether the reason is denied sale as a result of a failed background check OR if you purchase an item that you are not the legal age to purchase) There will still be the standard fee required for the transaction.  

All Local sales require Mo Sales tax to be applied to the Total. 

Payments accepted are Cash, USPS Money Order, Debit and Credit Cards.
