Carcano Model 1891 Long Rifle

Here on consignment is a Carcano Model 1981 long rifle chambered in 6.5x52. The rifle was manufactured in 1918 and looks like it got around after that. There is a crack and repair to the top handguard, and then a crack behind the receiver as shown. Metal has some rust/light pitting that looks like steel wool was taken to it to remove. Import marked on receiver and dark bore with minimal rifling.
