6 Digit Inland M1 Carbine

Here on consignment is a Inland M1 carbine. The metal is in good condition, and the wood is solid but has some areas that look like grind/wire bush marks got to it? Good rifling, 6/43 dated barrel, and old faint import mark under the muzzle.
